Application is easy, seems to stick on very well, goes over a favorite 6'8" that's nose seems to get dinged alot, I am hoping this replaces future repairs, and a plus for safety, never know................

cleaning in prep for application
Folks ... just put on the nose guard on my board. Was surprised that you recommended using acetone to clean. Have you ever used the orange Goo Gone product? It doesn't appear to be as toxic as acetone and is certainly effective in removing wax and dirt.

Traditional Nose Guard
I really like the look of the smoke clear black color. Have that on all of my newer boards. It would be good to see that tranculent in other colors. My other favorite color is gray. For some reason these 2 colors go well with the look of a non-painted shortboard.

So glad that these come in clear, and after 4 years of surfing IO won't take a board out with out a Nose Guard and tail guard, for the protection of my board and anyone else in the water. For the price it can eliminate a lot of chemical use by avoiding repairs.

Nose guard on wakesurf board
The long board model nose guard fits perfectly and looks good on my Ronix Koal Fish wakesurf board. I'm using the translucent smoke color.
